I was surprise when I go to Suntrust Bank and check my home equity loan because
I want to pay them off quick too after I talk to branch Manager of Suntrust Bank that
I find out that is a line of credit, Why should I have a line of credit when I told them I want
a home equity loan for me to pay back quick I Owe to Suntrust bank???
I was paying a monthly of $170 monthly payment of 2.75% interest charge for this loan
The Manager told me that only $60 go to payment of principle, the rest of $110 go to
interest payment that is a shock to me because I am paying this for the last 6 year which
last conversation with Suntrust Bank customer 800 told me it is only 3 year and I calcudatet
That I being pay to Suntrust Bank for almost $8 K interest payment and I still owe them
the principle of $26K loan until now What a highway ripped me off my hard earn money
by charging me more than 50%interest rate of my loan!!!
This kind of charging is outrageous and rob you hard earn money by a Bank who
suppose to help you not scam you on high interest rate!!!
I think that I earn a lesson that you should check first and file complaint with govt
agency to get your hard earn money by charging me outrageous interest rate of 50%
per month!!! Dont trust Suntrust Bank all of you now!!!
While the loan of $26K at 2.75% of $ 8 K do they think consumer are so stupid?
