These two agents came to my house to sell me Medicare Supplemental insurance. WE talked for about 1 hr. Mr. Sotelo seemed to be training Mr. Litterine at the time and spoke very little. When there was a question to be asked Mr. Litterine refereed to Mr. Sotelo. I was told to write a check for the insurance (Medicare Supplement) for $109.63 and was told it was not to be cashed until 1/1 when my other insurance would run out. They also sold me a short term insurance in case of an unexpected emergency that would render my bedridden cost of another check for $87.22, which would not be cashed for another week or two. I explained to them that I was on a pension & social security and not to cash those checks because I didn't have money in my account to cover them yet. They cashed the ck. For $ 87.22 on 10/31 and cashed $109.63 on Nov. 4 cause a domino effect of overdrafts to my account. Those two men are liars and when I called the company I spoke with Mr. Sotelo, and he tells me that it was explained to me that the checks were to be cashed a week after they received them. I asked him to do the math, plus he was lying and I wanted their company to pay all of my overdrafts. So far it is still pending, my next step is to complain to the commissioner. Beware of this company and their agents and don't write them checks, until you know, what you're doing.
