I have been receiving phone calls from an automated system 2 to 4 times a day every day looking for someone that does not live here. When I follow through the system it will not let me talk to anyone just hangs up when I state they done live here. I have called the bank and after they stated they fixed the issue and would not get any more calls I end up still getting them the next day.
I called again only to get hung up on and then again to be told that it will take a month for it to get through the system.
All this because they cant stop an automated calling system that calls at all hours and wakes up my son who then takes forever to get to bed again.
I dont even have an account with RBC and never will now.
