I recently took a personal loan from citifinancal, as with all loaning institutions there is a confindentiality clause. The manager (Sherry) broke this clause. Naturally when i called to discuss this with the manager it did no good what so ever, as i was talking to the very person that did the wrong! Apparently she was (is) dating an x-boy friend of mine and felt obligated to pass my personal information along to him. He immediately came to my house stating that a woman that works at citifinancal re[ported to him i just took a loan out, he had exact numbers, dates, etc. This is ridiculous behavior for any employee, let alone a manager!
