The manager was doing an interview. At 4:36. When the person was talking about experence he was looking outside. He got up once to help with change. But, he had closed out and could not help. Then he walked back to thr interview slowly aand saw a friend and stopped to talk. While the person waited. When he did go back the only time he looked at her was when they talked about people they both knew. Thw interview was then over. He then saw another person he knew and went to look at their car. Then he stayed outside and talked to a fellow employee while she smoked. The cook was on her cell phone and the other cook i never saw. You would think he would have asked us how the fod was? Not!!! You would think an employee would have came around with the tray to ask if we needed ketchup? Not!!! I was a manager for 28 1/2 years and this manager would of never been hired by me!!!
