Company tried to withdraw an unauthorized amount of $354.90 from my savings account. My credit union charged me an overdraft fee in the amount of $45.00, but refunded $20.00 when told this was unauthorized.
Credit union has been trying to get the remaining $25.00 refunded with no success. I have tried to contact 1st Link Benefits, but no one answers or I just get a voice mail recording.
1st Link Benefits is being reported to the Credit Union League in Wisconsin as a scam. I am also going to file a report with the Better Business Bureau as well as contact the State of Wisconsin Attorney General. These scams need to be stopped.
