Charged my credit union account $9.55 without authorization No goods or services were received

On 7-14-06, RSI Partners charged my credit union account $9.55. It was accomplished using my debit card. It was unauthorized and I have no idea how they got my account number.

I filed a police report and turned the matter over to my credit union. They refunded the charge immediately and cancelled my card.

I also filed a fraud complaint with the credit union, the Better Business Bureau, the U.S. Attorney General, all three credit bureaus and the FBI. I'm also considering notifying the IRS.
