Citi bank opened up an account for me and for a while it was fine. All my payments were made on time. I was laid off for a week and needed to get a cash advance, which according to them I could do. Then they denied my transaction, I even called them first and told them what I was doing and they kept me on the phone for about 35 or 40 min asking all sorts of security question. Which I completely understsnd... But when you amnswer EVERY question correctly and I did answer every on they still wanted to ask the same questions over and over again. I told them not to worry about it Discover would be very glad to give me a cash advance and they did. Well this apparently hurt someones feelings in the fruad dept and they closed my account. An account that was NEVER late they closed, saying there was fraud. Where was the fraud... I still don't know where the fraud was, but good riddance to them... Horrible company. Lorne Bradley
