LOST LONG TIME CUSTOMER - AccountNow Prepaid Debit Card

I have been dealing with accountnow for years, and never really had a problem until now, i have an open dispute w/account now for non dispense atm transaction. Not chump change either. I was told my dispute would not even have provisional credit review update until 07/05 THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE... I was told by the bank where the ATM is that is was serviced on friday after this happened, and account now has already recieved an error report on this, yet i am being told and update wouldn't even be avail until 07/05 as far as my money being put back in my account. That is the most rediculous thing i've ever heard... There are several IDIOTS at this company who have no idea what they are looking at. After screaming and cursing mult people out in the dispute dept, i finally have a dispute manager Noreen that is actually trying to help me. She has contact the bank branch manager directly trying to get this straightened out for me to rec my funds back. The funny thing is the bank is saying account now already has the dispute info back. I have already contacted my atty due to my privacy being violated. When i faxed my documents to account now, someone faxed them back to the fax i sent them from. A public fax. Again, Noreen is the only one trying to help... I am giving account now until the close of biz today 06/27 to put my funds back on my card, if this is not done, i will allow my atty to go forward with the investigation of the violation of my privacy..

The risk dept are idiots. My card was blocked after me calling to verify my dispute was recieved, they said my ssn was not matching what they had on file. So not only am i out of my $500 from the atm issue, they blocked the rest of my funds on card. I faxed them id info, they kept saying all day they had not recieved it. So i then scanned it and emailed it like 15x back to back, then finally recieved an email back saying was recieved and frwrd to a mgr for review: meantime, all weekend, no money, called back in on monday, the dumbass risk/dispute mgr tried to tell me the only documents attached to my email that she searched was my dispute regarding the atm. She was not listening to me, i was trying to tell her that was impossible. I never emailed the dispute, only my id info was emailed. Finally i started cursing her out, telling her transfer me to someone else that she was an idiot, and not listening to me. I got another mgr (debra) who was able to see the id info, and immed unblocked my account. TOMEKA (mgr in risk/dipute dept) is a dumbass that doesn't need to be working there..

So needless to say, they have lost a long time customer, and if i do not have my funds TODAY, i will give the go ahead for my atty to start a privacy violation suit on account now. I am not playing anymore, i recieved a 5 day pay or quit notice for my rent because of not getting money back from the atm dispute when i have been told 3x by the bank that account now already has the info... I have since opened a traditional bank account w / us bank, and there only a $3 monthly service fee, no charge to put cash in my account. This account now card is a joke. $9.95 montly fee, and a $4.95 reload charge. Account now is really making thier money, but when it comes to dispute being resolved. They take FOREVER...
