They need to get their act together! I schedule a service appointment on a treadmill that I purchased maintenance on. A week before they continously phoned me to cancel the appointment. I contacted them back and they all of a sudden didn't need to cancel.
I was out of the country on business and arranged for someone to be at the house all day waiting for their arrival. They were a no show! No phone call, no nothing! Called to complain to a supervisor only to be placed on hold for a long time and then disconnected. Called back even more angry only to go through the same thing.
I own my home plus two rental properties. I've been a loyal Sears customer for a long time but will no longer shop there. I'd rather shop at a store where they value their customers.
