Not able to get product wanted without a hassel

I went to 4 Sears stores to get a stove. None of them had stove I wanted in stock. The stores in Port Angeles, and Sequim was charging more than the other stores. The last store I went to in Aberdeen Wa. Said I could phone order with my card, when I decided if I wanted to buy. I called the next day to order. The rep sent order it was denied for over the phone. He needed all my info again to resend. It was denied again, He said I needed to call credit service to se why it was denied. I called and was told it was authorized the first time sent in. That I needed to have store call credit services to get access code. I did so and the store wanted all my info again. Finally it was okayed. What ever happened to custumer service.
