Even after class action lawsuit, pnc "cant" tell me what order my dedusctions were taken - PNC Bank STILL chargind deductions from hight to lw

I have paid thousands of dollars in NSF fees from PNC Bank... I recently asked the customer service rep and branch perssonell to tell me what order my deductions were received... Seems no one can see the "time" so accepting them in high to low order never stopped even after the settlement...
