Bbt charged us thousands in nsf fees that were not valid. They did not credit our deposits that should have been credited until everything had came through and the deposit was put in bank before 2pm that day. It has been a nightmare and still is. They took mine and my husbands direct deposit paychecks and left us with nothing, we have been to the president of bbt and the branch managers and no one cares. Is anyone interested in filing a class action lawsuit against them.
