Modells Sporting Goods Card - excessive, unfair fees - Modells wrist bands

My college student daughter bought $33.00 worth of wristbands for her schoo'ls running club. The bill came in June when she had already gone for SummerCamp as a volunteer. I paid the full amount of the forwarded bill by check. Now, Modells is harrassing my daughter for $100 in late fees. She's a struggling student with no income. She called to have the fees waived. They said pay up or we'll keep adding more fees! This is unjust and unfair!!!
