Took 500.00 from me and did not give me a refund

This company promised me a loan of $5,000.00 if i sent them $ 500.00 as collateral. I sent them the $500.00 and then they wanted $400.00 more before i could get the loan. That was all the money i had so i told them i could not do that so they said they would give me a refund. That was a year ago and i have not recieved any refund yet. Theere phone has also been disconnected. From Georgia
