I purchased a pair of shorts from Modells in Oceanside on Sunday the 9th of June. I used my debit card to purchase them, they debited my account for the goods I purchased. I returned the shorts to models on the 11th of June and have both my original receipt and my returned receipt that states they received the good back. The money has yet to bet returned to my account. I went to Modells in Oceanside on the 22nd of June; I spoke to the manager about this, and showed her my receipt. The manager stated that she has no way of knowing if this has been returned and referred me to call the 1800 ask modells number. I believe I have been the victim of consumer fraud. I have called Modells and am waiting for them to return my calls
