To Mr. Jack Wilson,
I was misleaded on a phone conversation on (10-09-04) with one of your representatives. She sold me an unsecured Visa Card for the price of $299.95. I also put my friend on the phone so that she could explain what kind of Visa card I would receive in the mail within the next 14-business days.
After not receiving the card I called my bank requesting the phone number from the company who withdrew $299.95. I dialed 1-888-863-9661, I talked to a supervisor named Mr. Campbell. He said I would have to write a letter to Jack Wilson for a refund. He said that he would not refund the money as he had a record our conversation with his representative agreeing to an UNSECURE VISA CARD not a SECURE VISA CARD. I said yes to a Visa card for an UNSECURE VISA CARD.
I ask for a tracking # so I can track the package or card thru the mail. I am also requesting a copy of our recorded conversation with your representative so I can have proved. Until Today's date 12-20-04, I have not received no packaged or Visa Card.
I don't appreciate the lies and false advertisement. I bet you have burned many people who were expecting the same services as myself. I will file a report to Better Business Bureau on your company in New Jersey. This will be my second letter for requesting my refund. I will continue to write and call your company until I get my money. Hopefully this will stop you from ripping innocent people off from their hard earn money.
