Ripoff I've read enough pain in here to last a lifetime I have spent all day trying to get through to FCNB to clear up my account

Enough is enough! Here is the phone number you all need to call to talk to the man that handles these accounts. Scott Mayo at 1-877-932-3626. Don't allow him to shrug you off to 1-866-475-9908, as this is the collection agency that handles delinquent accounts. I think there should be a class action lawsuit against this bunch. Maybe it was these practices that lead the Federal Government to close FCNB down... interesting isn't it.
