I found a real person!
Through my own stupidity (I clicke the wrong box when banking on-line) I overpaid FCNB and they owed me money. I eventually found out that First National Bank in Omaha is now handling the payments of FCNB Credit Card accounts. You can call them at 1-877-932-3626. I was promised a check within two weeks. We will see!
