Money Card Account Locked With Tax Refund Funds for Over a Year

My girlfriend and I had our 2011 taxes deposited on my card and Wal-Mart money card locked my account. After providing ID documentation several times, we have still heard nothing from the co. It's been over a year and we are extremely pissed off. Either close my account and send me the funds or send it back to the IRS. This is ridiculous!
