On November 17th United Platinum took 149.95 from my youth savings account. I have been looking into why. My bank gave me a number, 1-888-407-9470. When I called this number and they checked my account information they told me it was united platinum that took the money. When the gave me the number, 704-525-3880, I called it immediately. The number is phony it said it was out of service. When I asked the representive at the 1-888 number to check it for me she said she had gotten through. It was all a lie I tried again same thing happened. It seems to me they have more then one person working for them and there is probably more "companies of sort" out there like this. This needs to stop and I plane on getting my money back!
