Tried to close credit card account in July. Had credit balance of 32.73. Told must wait 30 days to get refund. No problem. But told them NO MORE CHARGES on account. On 8/31 a refund check was issued. Ok. Accound closed. On 9/4 a charge from Privacy Guard came thru. I had canceled that service but it happened. On 9-29 I got a statement from CAP One showing the charge. I called PG and canceled again. On 11/8 we called Cap 1 and talked to Patricia (ID 0V05) and confirmed the account was in fact closed and PG was gone. Now Cap 1 has reported me to Experian as $20 past due. I had another card (Business) with them wich I have just canceled. How in the hell do you fight these people?
