Wow! Looks like we're not alone in this. We too have a very poor experience with AHSt. We called for service in Sept. After many phone calls and much aggravation, we had the problem fixed. A gentleman did show up 2 weeks later. The 2nd tech chose "pipes" that needed to be replaced. ...
