We've been banking w/Washington Mutual for about 7 yrs. I work for American Airlines and since 911 we've had to keep track of our finances, because I am not generating the same income.
We noticed that they post all the withdrawls into our account before posting our direct deposit salaries on that same day. We have incurred thousands of dollars of overdraft charges because of this method that they use. Making it harder for my family to survive in an already emotionally and stressful time.
A bank should be there to help you, especially financially—Not to steal from you while you are already struggling.in my opinion they are what is making this economy take longer than it should to recooperate. Washington Mutual is definately NOT Robin Hood.
