Recieved a call from Express Platium Matt Davis ID# 4166 1-877-536-0076. He stated for a one time fee of $99.00, I would recieve a Platium card with a credit line of$5000.00 and only had pay each month the amount that I have used, just like any other credit card. As of this date I have not recieve a card, have tried to cancel. I should have known sound to good to be true, only was thinking this could help my daughter in college.
