On 2146 129.40 was chrged to my account from platium benifit company for a credit card deposit which I did not authorize. I was told on the phone a week before that iwould recive a credit card in 21 days free of charge and no monetary amounts were mentioned at time of call. I called their number when the bank made me aware of this charge because i did not have that amount in my account at the time. When i called platium benefits a man on the phone told me there was nothing i could do and he was sure that the person i spoke told me of the money which i told him that was a lie. This company needs to be investigated and stop ribbing people of their mony. I have now put a stop payment for the future from this company.
