Acess Money Now - Mastercard ripoff ignorant unprofessional obvious scam

I am the husband of the victim. My wife got a call stating she was intitiled to a 10,000.00 credit limit to use wherever and whenever she wished. Well much to her surprize the 249.00 drafted amount was taken out and then when she called to find out about where her card is she was told it is a "Stored credit account" after the matter.
