1. The well pressure tank failed after we where in the house 2 months, they claim this is not covered and that if the well pump had fail it would have been covered, the pressure tank is needed for the system to work properly. If this is not work the well pump can fail do to cycling. $400 fix
2. A sewer line to the septic system broke, this break was out side the house, they claim it is not covered because it is out side the house, I argued it is part of the septic system and they said it is not. And function waste disposal system is REQUIRED BY LAW for the house to be habitable, how can the get out of not covering this? $2000 fix
