In May we had our septic drainfield completely torn out and redone, at that time Rogers Septic said that the drainfield was on a clay foundation and that he would try it without sand first to see if it would fix the problem of the septic backing up into the house. He said if it didn't work, they would come back and re-do it but truck sand into the drainfield to provide extra drainage.
Since then we have had several backups into the house and every time we have called to get the septic tank drained, they come out and pump out the septic tank. We have had it pumped probably 10 times since the new drainfield was put in. When we originally called Linc and Brian to come out and dig it back out and bring in the sand, they said they were waiting on permits from the city and they would be in touch with us. It has been two and a half years and no one will call us back and the work has yet to be completed.
We have been more than patient with this company and have reached the limits of that patience. I always leave messages with the company and they never call me back. I'm always told that the two I need to talk to are out of town.
