On april 16th al's septic was called to a septic backup into my yard at my home. He said the tank needed cleaned out (which i assumed!) and that the line between the tank and my home was clogged so he suggested i have that cleaned in which i had him do both. He also said that he was the one who put the system in. Upon paying him i asked " how soon should i have to have this done again" in which his reply was "in 2-3 years".
Only 2 months later the septic was backing up in the yard again so i called him back to lethim know something was still wrong. I called on sunday june 21st, he said he would be out monday june 22nd. He didnt come. I called again tuesday, he said he would be there and once again didnt show up. I called that night and he said he would be there wednesday first thing in the morning. He didnt come. I called him wed afternoon and wed night because the smell was starting to get really bad and i was concerned that it would start backing up into my house.
Thrusday came and he still didnt call or come out./When i called him thursday evening he said he had been out and checked and everything was fine. I said" i dont think so, the tank is full and the waste is starting to back up into my kitchen sink when the dishwasher comes on. The toilet is also not flushing properly" again he says he will be there first thing friday morning to check the pump to see if it was working. Once again friday came and no Al. Mind you i have taken 2 days off work now to make sure i was here when he came. I had to call another company who came that very day (friday afternoon and i called fridaymorning) they said it was obvious that the pump was burned up and had been for some time. They also found a 3-4 foot stick in my system and a pipe that had been removed and just left to float around inside the tank.
Needless to say Al obviously was avoiding me because he knew what he did last time wasnt going to fix my problem and in my opionion just didnt want to bother with the "harder part of the job". He is a very rude person, non responsible and cuts you off in the middle of a conversation when you are trying to explain things. I would never have him work on your system.
