We hired this company to hook up our septic tank to the house. The way the system works at thomson lake is the water line goes to the house and the sewer line goes to the septic tank where it is pumped into a line which then goes to a lagoon. This co. Hooked up the water line to the septic pump. After trying to get water to the house without any luck i called the manager for thomson lake to take a look where it was determined the lines where hooked up wrong. I called the co. To ask if they would come out and hook it up right. They told me it wasn, t there fault and they would not. As a result of this i had to get someone else to do it, costing us some 500.00 more, plus loosing one months rent oof 1000.00. Is there anything that can be done about this? Thank you
