I bought a gift certificate Sat. 12/8 at Tillyis for my Son.
I settled with money also it was $25.00. I dropped the gift certificate inside itis small case. I informed the shop on Monday. The next Sitting I went in to the shop, bought another gift certificate for $ 25.00.
They gave me a duplicate of my bill and also the quantity to contact at Headquarters if it had been not solved.
I called Customer Support at headquarters, John. He'd not provide me his lastname. I expected to get a supervisor, he got my title and stated somebody might contact me. I expected for that name, he explained Jennifer, again he declined to supply a last name. He explained their shop bill wasn't adequate to get a return or alternative. He also stated the initial card wasn't employed.
