I bought a Golds Gym power Structure from Sports Authority and was informed I'd obtain a shipping call-in 36 hours. But I had beennot informed they might inform me we shall provide and construct in nearly 3 months! After worrying towards the shop they apologized and stated there's nothing they are able to do. Well 2 1/2 months later having a shipping period of 2-5 PM, they turned up at4:30! Once they got inside and began to sell, they stated " We do not have all of the Components!" Today I'm truly angry, and that I stated, nicely why-don't you contact the shop and obtain the components in the show design. The assembler stated " I would like to contact and have my employer". The assembler returned inside and stated they cannot get it done since his chef (Ken) in the N&A stated the shop said no. Well, I named the shop to discover why, and also the Supervisor from the title of David stated " I stated no such point! I said they are able to come and obtain whatever they need so long as the client is pleased!" And So I named Ken back again to inquire why he lied and he explained "Properly ahhh, ummm, he explained no in the beginning but than stated yes" I subsequently requested Ken for his lastname since I needed to talk to a and he explained "NO! I'm not providing you with something!" After I asked him why he mentioned " I actually donot need to!" I stated are not you a worker of SA? He mentioned NO, I am not (another rest) He'd not provide me his complete name, the store-manager who I named again, caught by his term and stated "I never stated no to him at-all!" After I spoke to Ken again his remark was "I'm not delivering my man to consider another component after which return to construct your material, it is too late today!" Well I stated however itis not my problem they arrived a before it was time in order for them to abandon. Ken subsequently stated "nicely, I will possibly reschedule you, or you may return it towards the shop" it isn't my issue. Ken from N&A was an extremely rude individual and really should not maintain any placement of expert. To lay to some client, handle them rude, after which refuse to provide them his lastname is terrible and displays on Activities authority since I have have bought my last Product from Sports Authority.
