Why is it that Sallie Mae is allowed to continue to doing business with so many complaints. I agree, the customer service reps are unqualified and unprofessional. Who monitors these companies? Seems like they prey on young people who want to educate themselves to be responsible American citizens. Not just students, but parents as well. Is there anyone to complain to? It is surprising and very disappointing to see all the complaints and frustrated young people. Don't understand why Sallie Mae is okay with this.
