Sallie Mae is horrible company. Very poor customer service. I spoke with customer services specialist are very rude and unprofessional. They gave me incorrect or inaccurate information. I ended up transferred to several departments and no one can seem to help me. I was on the phone with them almost 2 hours but never got to speak to a supervisor who knew what was going on my student loan. I only want them to help lower my payment. Since, I am going back to school. WHY is it so difficult to get good people who can help and trust in their skills?
