Citibank has had me as a customer for over 17 years, and yet I am being penalized. I phoned about one matter, and the rep talked me into some extended line of credit... All I wanted was my card blocked, was that really so difficult?
Because it was not blocked, there are now charges that would never have appeared otherwise, and Citibank tells me to put my dispute in writing... Seriously!!! I called on 11/17 to have the card blocked... This is not my fault. They apparently place no value on customer loyalty.
The supervisor, Britney, may have been trying to assist. Still, I do not believe she was truly listening, or else she was brushing me off.
