I have been with Citibank for over 17 years, why am I penalized? I call for one thing and the rep sold me on some extended line if credit... Block my card was that so hard. Now that I have these charges (which would not have happened if my card was blocked) Citibank wants me submit my dispute in writing... Hello!!! I called to block my card 11/17... It's not my fault... I guess they don't value their customer loyalty. And as for the supervisor Britney... I guess she was trying to help. But I don't think she was really listening, either that or blowing me off
