Bluetooth Item Never Received Despite Four Emails

I purchased a Bluetooth through Groupon in November, I have not received my purchase, despite 4 emails sent to bluetoothworld and Groupon nobody has got back to me. The worst service ever. Do not buy from Groupon as they are only interested in your money and nothing else
