I had bought a voucher for a Beauty Cutting Edge Laser hair removal device via Groupon on 8th December. As mentioned on the Group on Website, the delivery period was mentioned as up to 6 weeks.
Its been 3 months, and I have not received the said product., nor a full refund of the money that I paid.
Inspite of several reminders, I have not been contacted by the company to resolve this issue. It is still operating under this name and I would not like any one to fall in the same trap that I am right now. I have a copy of the voucher and emails that I have sent to the company as proof
