Purchasing hair out of this organization is much like playing Russian Roulette. Our current purchase was to get a bunch of 22" curly hair. It arrived in so that as quickly as my hair-dresser set it in, I understood anything was incorrect. They delivered me 18" rather! That is clearly a huge difference long AND cost! I am currently out $230.00! I approached customer support INSTANTLY and took forever to obtain somebody about the point. While somebody ultimately got my phone, they explained they had no method to confirm they delivered me to incorrect purchase since it had been installed. They stated they'd pay me for my purchase by refunding $10.00! $10!!! To get a $230 purchase!!! You girls are correct, also... This hair is phony. I recently read that there is a rash of thieves on offer cutting-off the tails of horses and moving the hair down as individual and Indian Remy hair. It is extremely feasible this is what's being marketed!
