Ordered products on 10/06. Charged 4 separate times totaling $25.96. Two products didn't ship "Out of Stock" - refunded $19.98. Free product shipped on 10/25. Received product on 10/31... Even I can do the math and tell you that more than 14 days past bewteen order date and shipment date; nevermind that I received the product 25 days after ordering. I want my unknown "membership" cancelled and the $74.98 refunded immediately for the monthly shipment which has NOT been sent yet. Additionally please explain the initial 99 cent charge which was placed on 10/06.
