10/18 I ordered a FREE product of Grace Serum, from My Stages of Beauty. I used my Visa to pay the $4.99 shipping charge.
11/15 The Company shipped out a 2nd (larger) bottle, of the same Serum, and debited $74.98 to the VISA card that I had used to pay ONLY shipping, on my previous order.
I am sending it back today. I have written on the shipping receipt that I did not order, please refund to my VISA, and do not send anymore products!
Note* On the shipping receipt there is "Scheduled Shipping Date" for 11-15 and "Next Ship Date" 0001-01-01.
I imagine that generic date for the 'Next Ship Date' will allow them to send another?
I hope not. Will keep posting until I resolve this.
