Requested from their store 5 containers of eyemakeup removal. They charged my bill. Delivered mean email requesting to confirm after which delivered mail they delivered the purchase. Three nights later I named plus they stated they didn't have inventory. I questioned why did they cost me once they didn't have inventory and just why did they deliver mean email stating they delivered the purchase. I had been informed that's regular training. Today I should delay compensation. Horrible customer support! Beware!!
