Fragrance X TERRIBLE customer service

First, when trying to order ONE bottle of perfume, THREE were actually ordered. How did this happen? Well, when I was trying to pay for the one bottle, I kept getting error messages. When I got a confirmation email for 3 bottles instead of 1 I immediately called them and was told the bottles had already shipped (YEAH RIGHT). It took 3 minutes for them to ship 3 bottles? I don't think so. When the bottles came, I returned 2.

So far, I got an email stating they received one back. (These were sent back 3 weeks ago) In the email it said I was being refunded $5.95 less than what I paid. When I called to see what this was all about, all I got was "sorry, we charge you for shipping whenever you return an item. Our manager is too busy to speak with you and they just said it's our policy." EXCUSE ME?!" Your manager is too busy? VERY unprofessional. Do not order from this company. They have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. Wish I would have seen this before I ordered.
