I would just like to advise Groupon not to do business with this company ever again. I bought 3 vouchers for "luxury" manicures and pedicures for myself and 2 friends. We were all beyond disappointed with every part of the service we received. There was nothing luxury about it; I could have done better at home myself! It was nowhere near worth £26 never mind the apparently full price price of £65. Anyone who would pay that apparent full price is brainless. The 'french manicure' turned an ugly nuclear-looking fluorescent green on all 3 of us and I removed it all as soon as I got home. I was looking forward to the paraffin or heated booties pedicure because I have poor circulation and also needed a treat.instead freezing COLD cream was applied to my feet which were then shoved into UNheated cloth boots. My feet even turned a ghastly purple while at the salon due to the cold. While my friend was having her turn I was left to wait with my bare feet on the cold salon floor until one of the assistants at least had the smallest sense of customer service to put a towel between my feet and the floor when she eventually noticed the state of my feet. Disgusting treatments. Not worth it whatsoever. This was my first experience of a mani and pedi and I have been put off for a long time to come.
