I purchased a get manicure/pedicure from Groupon for $35 and went to the salon on 11/13. Within one week the manicure was chipping and peeling. Since I always get 3 weeks from gel manicures I called the salon & told them the story. I received a call back saying that they would re-paint my nails for $30!!! Naturally I did not take them up on this offer. I'm amazed that a classy salon such as this, who clearly is trying to increase their customer base would have such poor customer service. I feel as though they completely disregarded my feelings and wasted both my time and money.
