I purchased 4 helicopters through Groupon and put them away for Christmas gifts. At Christmas we discovered one of these were faulty, we contacted extreme fliers directly and got no reply, we then contacted Groupon to see if they could resolve the problem. Groupon replied within a few days to say extreme fliers had told them they are email had been forwarded to someone who was on holiday and sent a link for replacement parts. None of the parts listed on this site matched what we thought would be needed so we emailed extreme fliers again to check. After a week and still no reply we decided (even though this faulted within a few mins of first use) just to purchase the parts with the hope it would resolve the fault. Two weeks later we have a faulty helicopter and no replacement parts, extreme fliers have taken my money for the new parts and postage. I have given up all hope of getting a response from extreme fliers but have also now had to accept that groupon have no intention of accepting any responsability either!!
