We purchased 2 vouchers for presents for our families for pictures of our recent wedding. We were unable to use the groupon codes given so contacted the supplier via email asking for advice. After over a week of not having a response we contacted them via telephone to find it wad either constantly engaged or rang out with no answer. We finally got to spoke to someone who activated the codes for us to allow us to use them via their online ordering system. We were contacted over a week later to try and upsell us products we didn't want and to advice that there was a problem when putting the order through that allowed us to add on extra's that would seem to be included in the voucher however they were additional charges for what we had to pay additionally for. We were contacted a week later to try and up sell us again which we refused, at this point we had received an order confirmation advising 7 to 10 day delivery. After 4 weeks of waiting we contacted UK Canvas or Balmer Media as they had changed to to find out why, I left 2 answer phone message and sent an email from which we heard nothing back from. We finally managed to speak to someone as they were for a gift which we needed by 1st September who informed us that there was a delay and she would process the order to make sure we received them by this date, we didn't. When we rang again to complain we were put through to Vicki a manager who assured us that they would be dispatched. It took a further 3 calls, one of which Vicki refused to take before we were assured they would be dispatched with an offer of a refund for postage which we have not received and an A4 print of our choice. We have now received the prints, 8 weeks from when we started and are extremely disappointed. 1 print is ok, 1 is blurred with black ink everywhere and the free a4 print is blurred and of poor quality.
We would not recommend this company and ate disappointed with the service we have received.
