We also have been ripped off by Groupon. We purchased some bedding which never arrived although they took our money. We contacted trading standards who have been trying to contact group but have so far been unsuccessful.
DO NOT BUY FROM GROUPON - sooner or later you will likely be ripped off too and when you are, they wont want to know.
