I purchased Christmas lights (for (HO HO HO!) through Groupon. Two months later and approx 18 emails to what I think is the distributing company, plus about 8 emails and numerous phone calls. On hold. I have no item and I am £20 out of pocket. What I do have is experience of about the most appalling "customer care" I have known. This lack of arrival of goods amounts to stealing. Why are Groupon not being taken to task over it and why are trading standards ignoring it???
I had a bad experience of them removing £149 from my account without authority and it took a lot of work to retrieve it. Ok I should have learnt my lesson. Here is one from me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Oh and if in doubt read the reviews. That will make your mind up.
