I have had an entirely BAD experience with Groupon. I ordered the Louise Walsh makeup brushes for £19 in August and nothing has materialised. I appreciate demand can be high for such offers but have not been able to contact Louise Walsh on any numbers / emails as told to by Groupon customer service. It seems to be a complete con but have now been refunded my money by Groupon - I suggest you all ask for the same!
